Nigeria's Strengths Africa Earns CIBN Re-Accreditation, Eyes Deeper Financial Services Capability Development

The three-year accreditation, effective June 25, 2026, recognises the firm's capability across eight areas including financial management, strategic leadership, human capital management, AI adoption and governance, service excellence, business excellence, team effectiveness and pre-retirement.

Managing Partner Dr. Oluseye Taiwo Adepoju said the re-accreditation comes at a time when African financial institutions are navigating significant shifts in technology, artificial intelligence, customer expectations and workforce capability.

“Across Africa, the future competitiveness of our institutions will depend not only on technology and capital, but also on the capabilities of the people who lead, manage and execute within them,” Adepoju said.

Strengths Africa said it plans to deepen its financial-services capability agenda through leadership development, human capital interventions, responsible AI adoption, customer and service excellence, business execution and workforce transition.

The firm provides learning, advisory, coaching, strategy and organisational transformation interventions and was initially accredited by CIBN in March 2023.
